   Returns the PPPoE Session ID of the current packet, if present.
   
   If no PPPoE Session ID is present, 0xFFFFFFFF is returned, which
   is out of range of the session ID.
   

   :returns: The PPPoE session ID if present, 0xFFFFFFFF otherwise.
