Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/fastpath'

* origin/fastpath:
  Update documentation for builtin types
  Adding an identifier to the SMTP blocklist notices for duplicate suppression.
  Doc fixes for signature 'eval' conditions.
  Remove orphaned unit tests.
  Add type checking for signature 'eval' condition functions.
