Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/topic/bernhard/new-ciphers'

BIT-1086 #merged

* origin/topic/bernhard/new-ciphers:
  add ciphers to cipher_desc table that were already present but apparently forgotten.
  ...and a few more ciphers.
  add new tls cipher suites
