bifcl: builtin-func.l: Allow more than just one additional component

I'm not sure why this was restricted to only two components,
the following appears functional in Zeek scripts.

    module A::B::C;

    export {
      type MyRecord: record {
        a: string;
      };
    }

Closes #25.
