Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/fastpath'
* origin/fastpath: Fixing variable size issues (was uint, should be long) with http response code. Revert "Trick for parallelizing input framework unit tests." add opaque type-ignoring for the accept_unsupported_types input framework option.
