Minor Bro docs tweaks for correctness and readability
...
- The protocol seemed to be missing from two frame inclusions, throwing an
error message when viewing the page locally. Add "https:".
- Reduce whitespace around inline code blocks, where 2em seems really
large.

Also make links in documentation templates protocol relative.

In case we do a point release, including this commit would be very
helpful - without the bro documentation pages are somewhat broken
over https.
