Johanna Amann	737f828bcb	Netcontrol: add rule_added_policy ... rule_added_policy allows the modification of rules just after they have been added. Johanna Amann	979d43eac0	Netcontrol: more logging in catch-and-release ... Catch-and-release logs now include the plugin that is responsible for an action.
