7b3bad635b Disable broxygen when running unit tests 
Disable broxygen when running unit tests (except for the tests that use
broxygen).  On my dual-core MacBook Pro, this change results in the
unit tests taking about 13% less time to finish running.

3c6f82ca73 More test updates. 
The dump-events.bro generates output that would show in the Broxygen
all-script tests. Suppressing that manually in the test for lack of a
better idea.

e3f74dc319 Change Broxygen config file format. 
"<type> <pattern> <output-file>" seems a more natural order for
specifying targets.

98dcfc64a8 Broxygen doc-related test updates. Fix two regressions. 
- Fix automatic function parameter documentation formatting for
  record fields that are functions.

- Document redefs in a fixed order.
