be42608b51 Remove concept of multiple timer managers
- All timers are now handled by a single global timer manager, which simplifies how they handled by the IOSource manager.
- This change flows down a number of changes to other parts of the code. The timer manager tag field is removed, which means that matching connections to a timer manager is also removed. This removes the ability to tag a connection as internal or external, since that's how the connections where differentiated. This in turn removes the `current_conns_extern` field from the `ConnStats` record type in the script layer.

a1c5eddb95 GH-532: improve disable_analyzer BIF
- Add an extra "prevent" parameter (default value of false), which
  helps prevent the same analyzer type from being attached in the
  future. It's useful in situations where you want to disable early
  on, but a DPD signature may still trigger later and re-attach
  the same analyzer. E.g. when not using this flag, but calling
  disable_analyzer() inside an http_request event, will remove the
  HTTP analyzer that was attached due to well-known-port, but a later
  DPD signature match from upon seeing the HTTP reply will end up
  attaching another HTTP analyzer. More surprising is that upon
  re-attaching that analyzer, you'll get the same http_request as
  before since the DPD buffer will get replayed into the new analyzer.

- Fixes disable_analyzer() to work when called even earlier, like
  within the protocol_confirmation event. At that time, the
  Analyzer tree may have not properly added the new analyzer into
  Analyzer::children yet, but rather the temporary waiting list,
  Analyzer::new_children.  Analyzer::RemoveChildAnalyzer previously
  did not inspect the later list.

- Fixes disable_analyzer() when called on an analyzer added to the
  tree via TCP_Analyzer::AddChildPacketAnalyzer.  TCP_Analyzer
  keeps track of such children in its own list,
  TCP_Analyzer::packet_children, which the previous
  Analyzer::RemoveChildAnalyzer implementation didn't inspect.

b6862c5c59 Add methods to queue events without handler existence check
Added ConnectionEventFast() and QueueEventFast() methods to avoid
redundant event handler existence checks.

It's common practice for caller to already check for event handler
existence before doing all the work of constructing the arguments, so
it's desirable to not have to check for existence again.

E.g. going through ConnectionEvent() means 3 existence checks:
one you do yourself before calling it, one in ConnectionEvent(), and then
another in QueueEvent().

The existence check itself can be more than a few operations sometimes
as it needs to check a few flags that determine if it's enabled, has
a local body, or has any remote receivers in the old comm. system or
has been flagged as something to publish in the new comm. system.

8bc65f09ec Cleanup/improve PList usage and Event API
Majority of PLists are now created as automatic/stack objects,
rather than on heap and initialized either with the known-capacity
reserved upfront or directly from an initializer_list (so there's no
wasted slack in the memory that gets allocated for lists containing
a fixed/known number of elements).

Added versions of the ConnectionEvent/QueueEvent methods that take
a val_list by value.

Added a move ctor/assign-operator to Plists to allow passing them
around without having to copy the underlying array of pointers.

995368e68c Remove variable content from weird names
This changes many weird names to move non-static content from the
weird name into the "addl" field to help ensure the total number of
weird names is reasonably bounded. Note the net_weird and flow_weird
events do not have an "addl" parameter, so information may no longer
be available in those cases -- to make it available again we'd need
to either (1) define new events that contain such a parameter, or
(2) change net_weird/flow_weird event signature (which is a breaking
change for user-code at the moment).

Also, the generic handling of binpac exceptions for analyzers which
to not otherwise catch and handle them has been changed from a Weird
to a ProtocolViolation.

Finally, a new "file_weird" event has been added for reporting
weirdness found during file analysis.

bc868d72a1 Fix the way that child analyzers are added.
Bro contains functionality to add child analyzers delayed, so that an
just added analyzer does not influence the list of current analyzers
(which, in some combinations of mostly UDP and traffic replay by PIA can
lead to duplicate packets sent to the analyzer).

Sadly, this feature was broken sometime in the past, leading to the
aforementioned duplicate packets. Re-enabling this also necessitated
some changes in the analyzer manager, which immediately timed out all
connections when that feature was re-enabled.

There currently is no testcase (this is a bit hard to trigger); however,
I will add one with a later fix for DTLS.

ecf1e32f60 Removing FlowSrc.
We could bring this back, now derived from PktSrc (though strickly
speaking it's of course not *packets). But not sure if we want that,
as the input framework seems the better place to host it. Then it
would turns into a reader.

2b3c2bd394 Fix reassembly of data w/ sizes beyond 32-bit capacities (BIT-348).
The main change is that reassembly code (e.g. for TCP) now uses
int64/uint64 (signedness is situational) data types in place of int
types in order to support delivering data to analyzers that pass 2GB
thresholds. There's also changes in logic that accompany the change in
data types, e.g. to fix TCP sequence space arithmetic inconsistencies.

Another significant change is in the Analyzer API: the *Packet and
*Undelivered methods now use a uint64 in place of an int for the
relative sequence space offset parameter.

338d521003 Fixing removal of support analyzers, plus some tweaking and cleanup of
CONNECT code.

Removal of support analyzers was broken. The code now actually doesn't
delete them immediately anymore but instead just flags them as
disabled. They'll be destroyed with the parent analyzer later.

Also includes a new leak tests exercising the CONNECT code.

99c89b42d7 Internal refactoring of how plugin components are tagged/managed.
Made some class templates for code that seemed duplicated between
file/protocol tags and managers. Seems like it helps a bit and
hopefully can be also be used to transition other things that have
enum value "tags" (e.g. logging writers, input readers) to the
plugin system.

e0c4bd1a82 Lots of cleanup and API documentation for the analyzer/* classes.
I've used the opportunity to also cleanup DPD's expect_connection()
infrastructure, and renamed that bif to schedule_analyzer(), which
seems more appropiate. One can now also schedule more than one
analyzer per connection.

TODOs:
        - "make install" is probably broken.
        - Broxygen is probably broken for plugin-defined events.
        - event groups are broken (do we want to keep them?)
        - parallel btest is broken, but I'm not sure why ...
          (tests all pass individually, but lots of error when running
          in parallel; must be related to *.bif restructuring).

af1809aaa3 First prototype of new analyzer framework.
This is a larger internal change that moves the analyzer
infrastructure to a more flexible model where the available analyzers
don't need to be hardcoded at compile time anymore. While currently
they actually still are, this will in the future enable external
analyzer plugins. For now, it does already add the capability to
dynamically enable/disable analyzers from script-land, replacing the
old Analyzer::Available() methods.

There are three major parts going into this:

    - A new plugin infrastructure in src/plugin. This is independent
      of analyzers and will eventually support plugins for other parts
      of Bro as well (think: readers and writers). The goal is that
      plugins can be alternatively compiled in statically or loadead
      dynamically at runtime from a shared library. While the latter
      isn't there yet, there'll be almost no code change for a plugin
      to make it dynamic later (hopefully :)

    - New analyzer infrastructure in src/analyzer. I've moved a number
      of analyzer-related classes here, including Analyzer and DPM;
      the latter now renamed to Analyzer::Manager. More will move here
      later. Currently, there's only one plugin here, which provides
      *all* existing analyzers. We can modularize this further in the
      future (or not).

    - A new script interface in base/framework/analyzer. I think that
      this will eventually replace the dpm framework, but for now
      that's still there as well, though some parts have moved over.

I've also remove the dpd_config table; ports are now configured via
the analyzer framework. For exmaple, for SSH:

    const ports = { 22/tcp } &redef;

    event bro_init() &priority=5
        {
        ...
        Analyzer::register_for_ports(Analyzer::ANALYZER_SSH, ports);
        }

As you can see, the old ANALYZER_SSH constants have more into an enum
in the Analyzer namespace.

This is all hardly tested right now, and not everything works yet.
There's also a lot more cleanup to do (moving more classes around;
removing no longer used functionality; documenting script and C++
interfaces; regression tests). But it seems to generally work with a
small trace at least.

The debug stream "dpm" shows more about the loaded/enabled analyzers.

A new option -N lists loaded plugins and what they provide (including
those compiled in statically; i.e., right now it outputs all the
analyzers).

This is all not cast-in-stone yet, for some things we need to see if
they make sense this way. Feedback welcome.
