- Several places were just using old variable names or not loading
scripts correctly after they'd been renamed/moved.
- Revert/adjust a change in how HTTP file handles are generated that
broke partial content responses.
- Turn some libmagic builtin checks back on; seems some are actually
useful (e.g. text detection seems to be a builtin). The rule going
forward probably will be only to turn off a builtin if we confirm it
causes issues.
- Removed some tests that are redundant or not necessary anymore because
the generic file analysis tests cover them.
- A couple FTP tests still fail that I think need an actual solution via
script changes.
- Moved the Notice::notice event and Notice::policy table to both be hooks.
- Renamed the old Notice::policy to Notice::policy_table and documented it as deprecated.
- The table tracking notice suppressions is now done with a table
attribute instead of "manually" with scheduled events.
- The $suppress_for field can be set within PolicyItem's now too to
affect the suppression interval through the notice policy.
- The test needed to append the second notice the event queue so that
the notice would be suppressed correctly.
- Setting $suppress_for manually in apply_policy since it doesn't pick
up the &default when directly creating the record inside the NOTICE call.
