f820ee9f5c Introduce support for a table of key/value pairs with further configuration options, 
with the same userinterface as in the logging interface.

Not really tested, but tests still work.

08e1771682 update to execute raw. 
support reading from commands by adppending | to the filename.

support streaming reads from command.

Fix something to make rearead work better. (magically happened)
