* origin/topic/jsiwek/improve_comm_loop:
  Add a simple FD_Set wrapper/helper class.
  Fix Pipe copy/assignment to make a copy of flags.
  Fix possible abort on writing to a full pipe.
  Remove timeouts from remote communication loop.
