Johanna Amann 01eacb3fa0 Spicy SSL: Skip private test suite for now.
The reason that this is necessary is the end-of-connection-handling of
spicy. If spicy is in the middle of parsing some bytes while the
connection ends, an error is raised. This behavior cannot be changed,
and means that there will be a DPD-log entry, etc. for connections that
are completely valid TLS connections - that just happen to be truncated
and end in the middle.

README

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information.

    scripts/
Helpers scripts used by some tests.
