Arne Welzel 07ac6fa074 btest/plugins/hooks: Run in bare mode 
Motivation is basically the same as in 88bb527026.
For plugin.hooks, one example is that adding a new option in the default script
changes the baseline due registration of change handlers. Also, the connection
record is printed in various places, resulting in churn when the default
scripts change.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
