Jon Siwek d873acc9e3 Support unserializing broker data into type 'any' 
The receiver side will wrap the data as a Broker::Data value, which
can then be type-checked/cast via 'is' or 'as' operators to a specific
Bro type.  For example:

Sender:

    Broker::publish("topic", my_event, "hello")

Receiver:

    event my_event(arg: any)
        {
        if ( arg is string )
            print arg as string;
        }

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
