Arne Welzel 2963c49f27 cluster/zeromq: Fix node_topic() and nodeid_topic() 
Due to prefix matching, worker-1's node_topic() also matched worker-10,
worker-11, etc. Suffix the node topic with a `.`. The original implementation
came from NATS, where subjects are separated by `.`.

Adapt nodeid_topic() for consistency.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
