Arne Welzel 2f4f01d3f5 parse.y: Improve error reporting of type redef 
It's happening regularly to me that I forget the type specifier when redef'ing
records or enums and usually it takes me a while to figure out what's going
on as the errors are not descriptive. Improve the error reporting and just
bail as there's no sensible way to continue.

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
