Arne Welzel 56c76e5949 ScriptValidation: Make break/next a warning until Zeek 6.1 
The ja3 package uses next instead of return and triggers the new
errors with Zeek 5.2. That seems somewhat bad.

In case we want to do a 5.2.1 that makes this a warning, this
would be change to do so.

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
