Tim Wojtulewicz 687dd05ddb GH-163: Use ID name (including module name) to create EventExpr when possible 
The change to the capture-loss test is actually a fix for a bug exposed by the
code change. Previously it wasn't firing the scheduled event because of a failed
name lookup. Now that the lookup has been fixed, the event happens twice.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
