Jan Grashoefer 209a560cc6 Fixed intel expiration reset. 
Reinserting the same indicator did not reset the expiration timer for
the indicator in the underlying data store.

The intelligence framework provides a way to store and query intelligence
data (such as IP addresses or strings). Metadata can also be associated
with the intelligence.
