Daniel Thayer 7c2477d87a Fix the core/load-duplicates.bro test 
The load-duplicates.bro test would never fail because loading
the provided script code twice wouldn't trigger an error.
Fixed this by changing the sample script content.  Also added a
test case to verify that an error occurs as expected
when two scripts with the same content are loaded.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
