Arne Welzel 17836ef7d9 session/Manager: Emit explicit errors for FindConnection() with proto=65535 
We silently broke users constructing conn_id records manually and
subsequently using them with lookup_connection() or connection_exists().

This is an attempt to at least report a runtime error about the situation
so it doesn't go completely unnoticed.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
