Jon Siwek 9b27a98e93 Add unit tests for utils/paths.bro with some changes 
- rename extract_directory() to extract_path() (later seemed clearer)
  and made it work with more than just path string in FTP response msgs
- rename build_full_path() and absolute_path()
- compress_path() should now work with relative paths also

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
