Johanna Amann a4d25c8828 Make "in" keyword work with binary data. 
This switches in from using strstr to use strnstr (implementation from
FreeBSD on systems which do not bring their own implementation).

It is especially likely that users come accross this when using the
DATA_EVENT analyzer with files that contain binary data - the test uses
exactly this case.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
