Jon Siwek aee708c703 Change record ctors to only allow record-field-assignment expressions. 
Previously, any expression that evaluates to a record may have been used
in a record ctor's expression list.  This didn't work in all cases,
doesn't provide any unique functionality that can't be done otherwise,
and is possibly a path to introducing subtle scripting errors.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
