Arne Welzel b9803e157b btest.cfg: Set HILTI_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER based on build/CMakeCache.txt
If CMakeCache.txt indicates the Zeek build was done with ccache,
take the CCACHE_PROGRAM:FILEPATH= line and populate the
HILTI_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER environment.

For local development with ccache, this speeds up the spicy tests
significantly after the initial run without knowing or needing know
that setting HILTI_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER would've helped.

README

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information.

    scripts/
Helpers scripts used by some tests.
