Arne Welzel 785bb2ee13 conn_key/fivetuple: Handle one-way ICMP conns in DoConnKeyFromVal() 
When a conn_id represents a ICMP "connection", we need to determine the
is_one_way flag for InitTuple() in order to skip any flipping of address
and ports for one-way ICMP connections.

Fixes #4645

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
