Jon Siwek e616554ab8 Fix use-after-free in some cases of reassigning a table index. 
Specifically observed when redef'ing the same index of a table that uses
subnets as indices, though the bug seems like it applies more generally
to anytime TableVal::Assign is provided with just the HashKey parameter
and not the index Val.

Addresses BIT-1202.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
