* origin/topic/jsiwek/ipv6-comm:
  Enable Bro to communicate with peers over non-global IPv6 addresses.
  Add unit tests for Broccoli SSL and Broccoli IPv6 connectivity.
  Remove AI_ADDRCONFIG getaddrinfo hints flag for listening sockets.
  Undo communication protocol version bump.
  Add support to Bro for connecting with peers over IPv6.

Closes #820.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Bro's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Bro's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Bro configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
