Christian Kreibich b999448e3d Minor updates to the external-testsuite scripts 
Delete the unused Baseline folder, remove a Bro-era name from gitignore,
change create-new-repo to work with a second argument that is actually
a URL, and tweak whitespace. Expand description in README and update the
explanation of OPENSSL_ENABLE_MD5_VERIFY in subdir-btest.cfg.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
