Arne Welzel fa7ffaf8c1 btest/brokerstore-attr-persistence-clone: Add BTEST_BG_RUN_SLEEP=1 
This test has become flaky after #4295. It hasn't been failing regularly
enough locally to make it approachable. Annotate with
BTEST_BG_RUN_SLEEP=1 to revert to pre #4295 behavior, hopefully
fixing the flakiness as a side-effect.

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
