Johanna Amann ff27eb5a69 SSL: Add new extension types and ECH test 
This commit adds a multitude of new extension types that were added in
the last few years; it also adds grease values to extensions, curves,
and ciphersuites.

Furthermore, it adds a test that contains a encrypted-client-hello
key-exchange (which uses several extension types that we do not have in
our baseline so far).

README 

This directory contains suites for testing for Zeek's correct
operation:

    btest/
        An ever-growing set of small unit tests testing Zeek's
        functionality.

    external/
        A framework for downloading additional test sets that run more
        complex Zeek configuration on larger traces files. Due to their
        size, these are not included directly. See the README for more
        information. 

    scripts/
        Helpers scripts used by some tests.
