2730a0dd61 btest/websocket/terminate-while-queueing: Use ZeroMQ 
This adds a helper script to start the XPUB/XSUB proxy using the
XPUB_PORT and XSUB_PORT environment variables. The crux here is
that WebSocket clients go through the central XPUB/XSUB proxy.
This is different from Broker where WebSocket clients attach via
local hubs to the endpoint which doesn't require additional
configuration.

3dd95b90c1 cluster: allow cluster-layout script to redef cluster backend 
This makes testing a bit easier right now, but it's not actually
safe to rely on Cluster::backend for conditional loading.

a501c35d8d cluster: Add None backend 
Mostly so we have the CLUSTER_BACKEND_NONE value available, but

b3b0c3db7d utils/decompose_uri: Support URIs containing IPv6 addresses 
An URI containing a bracketed or non-bracketed IPv6 address of the form
http://[::1]:42 was previously split on the first colon for port extraction,
causing a subsequent to_count() call to fail. Harden this to check for a
digits in the last :[0-9]+ component.

Fixes #4842

This allows us to remove the need to check for thread-safe mode in the
various SQLite plugins. See https://www.sqlite.org/compile.html#threadsafe
for why `1` is a good choice here.

9e7537044f btest/core/suspend_processing: Add WebSocket example 
Add a test/example forwarding all new_connection() events produced during
`zeek -r wikipedia.trace` as my_new_connection() to a WebSocket client.

This is mostly to demonstrate and verify usage of suspend_processing(),
websocket_client_added(), resume_processing(), Pcap::file_done(),
websocket_client_lost() and terminate() together.
